Currently, we are working solely in the state of Pennsylvania.

CONTRACT:

This agreement made the ______day of ___________, 20__by and between:

the natural mother, _________________________________________________

and Save Unborn Life , A Pennsylvania Non-Profit Organization hereinafter referred to as ” SUL”,

Witnessed:

Whereas, the parties hereto wish to enter into an agreement regarding the unborn life, hereinafter referred to as “baby/babies”, which exists as a result of the pregnancy of the natural mother;

Whereas, it is the desire of SUL to save and preserve the unborn baby/babies;

Whereas the natural mother, who is otherwise prone to terminating the life of the baby/babies, is hereby willing to preserve her unborn baby/babies;

Whereas, the parties desire to enter into an agreement regarding the preservation of baby/babies;

Whereas, the parties have carefully read and understand the terms of this agreement, and have freely consented to hereto, believing this agreement to be fair, just, and reasonable;

Whereas, the parties acknowledge that before signing the agreement, they have been fully advised by a counselor, attorney, or agency of their choice as to their rights and obligations;

Now, therefore, in consideration of these mutual promises, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties covenant and agree as follows:

1. GENERAL
2. The above promises shall constitute a part of this agreement.
3. The parties shall remain independent of each other notwithstanding the terms of this agreement and neither party shall disturb, trouble, or interfere in any way with the other or with any person associating with the other.
4. The agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon parties hereto, their heirs, executors, administers, successors, and parties.
5. Except as otherwise provided herein, the parties hereby each release and forever discharge the other of and from all actions, causes of action, claims, rights, liabilities, or demands whatsoever in law or in equity, which either party ever had or now has against the other, except any cause of action associated with the terms of this agreement.
6. PREGNANCY
7. The parties acknowledge that the natural mother, who is otherwise prone to terminating her pregnancy, has agreed to carry the child to term, and deliver the baby.
8. The natural mother hereby agrees not to intentionally or negligently harm the baby/babies, and do her best to assure proper nutrition to insure maximum development of baby/babies.
9. The natural mother hereby acknowledges that she has not intentionally become pregnant so as to reap the benefits of this agreement, the funds of which have been donated to SUL for the purpose of preserving life.
10. The natural mother will do all within her power to carry the baby/babies to term and to deliver a live and healthy child.

III. FUNDS TO BE PAID

1. SUL has established an account so as to enter into agreements with pregnant women who are otherwise prone to terminating the life of her unborn child, so as to encourage the mother to carry the child to term and deliver a healthy child.
2. SUL is willing to provide the natural mother a sum of $3000 to carry the baby/babies to term, and give it life, rather than terminating the pregnancy.
3. Under these circumstances, SUL will provide the sum of $3000 to the natural mother after delivery of the baby/babies.
4. ENFORCEMENT
5. If either party to this agreement breaches any provision of this agreement, the other party shall have the right at his or her election to sue for damages for such breach, or seek such remedies or relief as may be available to him or her, and the party breaching this contract shall be responsible for payment of legal fees and costs incurred by the other in enforcing their right under this agreement. In addition, if either party to this agreement brings legal action against the other party, and is unsuccessful in pursuing said action, they shall be responsible for payment of legal fees and costs incurred by the other party defending the action.
6. It is specifically understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that each paragraph hereof shall be deemed to be a separate and independent covenant. If any term, condition, clause or provision of this agreement shall be determined void or invalid in law or otherwise, then only that term, condition or provision shall be stricken from said agreement. It is specifically understood that SUL shall not be responsible after the birth of the child for any medical expenses or extended medical care if the child is born with any mental or physical defect, as the mission of SUL is simply to save this baby from abortion.
7. MODIFICATION

No modification or waiver of any of the terms hereto shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties, and no waiver of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent default of the same or similar nature.

the natural mother, and SUL, irrevocably and jointly and severally consent and agree to the terms of this agreement.

After signing the contract with SUL, I hereby agree to not share the contact information or the purposes of this contract with any other person, as SUL requested this information be kept confidential for the privacy of both parties, and for SUL to accomplish it’s mission to offer compensation ONLY to those parties who are contemplating terminating the life of their baby/babies.

I understand that I may nullify this contract if I do not honor this request,
